The initial visit appointment fee with Dr. Morrison is $1,850 (adults) and $1,100 (children aged 14 and younger).  A $300 credit card deposit is required at the time of scheduling a new patient appointment. 

Follow up visits are charged per time used:

$390 per hour, $195 per 30 minutes, $100 per 15 minutes

The initial visit appointment fee with Nancy Herrick for Ketamine is $450.  A $200 credit card deposit is required at the time of scheduling a new patient appointment. 

Follow up visits are charged per time used:

$390 per hour, $195 per 30 minutes, $100 per 15 minutes.

Monthly 15 minute appointments are necessary to refill your medicine.

The initial visit appointment fee with Nancy Herrick for Tirzepatide is $195.  A $100 credit card deposit is required at the time of scheduling a new patient appointment. 

Follow up visits are rarely needed and charged per time used:

$390 per hour, $195 per 30 minutes, $100 per 15 minutes.  

Patients are seen by appointment only.  We offer online visits (Zoom, Skype),  telephone or in person at our Nevada City clinic.

If you cannot keep your follow-up appointment, please call our office two full working days before your appointment time. 

New homeopathy patient cancellations must be made one week prior to the scheduled appointment.  

New Ketamine or Tirzepatide patient cancellations must be made 3 working days prior to the scheduled appointment.  

Without timely cancellation, you will be charged in full for your appointment.

We do not bill any insurance companies. However, at the end of your visit you will receive a “superbill” with all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company. 

Typically patients receive coverage of 40–60% of the cost of the visit. Medicare and HMOs will not cover treatment at Hahnemann Clinic. Some insurance companies require letters of explanation from the homeopathic practitioner.

Payment is due at the time of your visit. VISA, MC, Discover & AmEx credit cards are accepted.
